During a session, clients relax fully clothed on a massage table, in a dimly lit space, while soft music plays. The Reiki practitioner uses pure essential oils, healing crystals, and a gentle touch in order to direct healing energy to different parts of the body. Post-treatment, clients have the chance to share their experience and discuss general wellness approaches. Afterward, clients report feeling relaxed, soothed, and rejuvenated.
